Facilities Maintenance and Management Programs

P.I. will design a maintenance & management program that is tailored for the client’s specific needs. By using a Computerized Maintenance Management System, all work requests will be directed to a centralized site and then routed to the appropriate P.I. resource. The amount of time the client spends searching for vendors, validating credentials, and making multiple phone calls is reduced by entering work requests by phone, email, or on a secure web-based system. This also helps to prepare energy audits, capital project management, monthly maintenance inspections, and cost reduction activities. We take the time to investigate the client’s maintenance needs so that cost savings can be realized.

Our Facilities Management Group also offers the security of knowing that the client’s sites can be quickly and effectively
serviced by utilizing our Emergency / Storm Response team. By understanding the most important needs of a client’s operations, we can field a team of professionals that will respond to an emergency, work to minimize any additional damages, and get the site back on-line as quick as possible.

General Building Maintenance & Repairs

Our service technicians can perform numerous types of preventative and recurring maintenance tasks. These services are often coupled with a Facilities Maintenance Program, and, if requested, the technicians can be dedicated to a client’s properties. Additionally, by continuously monitoring the condition of the building, P.I. can prepare effective budgetary planning reports for the client, as well as maintain a close watch on other service contracts.

Roofing Repair & Replacement

With over 9 years of experience, P.I. can resolve any roofing need that arises. Our highly trained and dedicated staff has installed and repaired thousands of roofs, including shingle, metal, tile, flat, and composite materials.

Parking Lot Maintenance

P.I. can provide parking lot cleaning and restriping, as well as all types of asphalt & concrete repairs, resurfacing, pothole patches, and expansions. We do all repairs and striping in accordance with ADA standards.

Remodeling & Painting

We have experience with all types of interior and exterior remodeling projects, and can perform specific tasks such as site closings/openings, signage updates, and consolidations. From sheetrock and ceiling repairs to wall and glass replacement, P.I. can handle any remodeling need.

Recurring Service Agreements

P.I. will work with the client to effectively manage repetitive services such as janitorial, lawn care, window cleaning, pest control, etc, to achieve maximum cost savings for the client.

Exterior Surface Cleaning

We utilize two types of cleaning systems that will maintain the aesthetics of the client’s properties and help to preserve the
integrity of the building envelope.

1. Dry chemical / waterless surface cleaners – EPA approved powders that are used on parking and driving surfaces.
   
2. Hot / cold water wash – used on buildings, sidewalks, and roofs to clean all types of surfaces; also used on parking and driving surfaces.

Plumbing / Electrical / HVAC

Our group of licensed professionals can quickly respond to the needs of a client site. Preventative inspections, leak repairs, additional outlets, HVAC replacements, and emergency storm services are just some of the tasks we have provided for clients.
